Payment

A valid credit card must be received at the time of order. If a valid form of payment is not received when the Services are ordered on the Site, service will not be performed, until and unless terms have been agreed to and extended by contract prior to the time of order.

Yasin Choudry will bill Your credit card upon at the time the order is placed unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to the completion of your order. After services are completed, your credit card may be charged again if you have incurred additional fees due to circumstances including but not limited to cancellation, and/or upgrades to your chosen services elected after the initial order was placed. Pricing for Yasin Choudry Services are subject to change at any time.

 

In the event that Yasin Choudry must pursue legal action in order to collect on balances due, You agree to reimburse Yasin Choudry for all expenses incurred to recover any and all sums due, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees and other expenses. Yasin Choudry bills You through an online account (Your “Billing Account”) for use of the Service. You agree to pay Yasin Choudry all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of the Service by You or other persons (including Your agents) using Your Billing Account, and You authorize Yasin Choudry to charge Your chosen payment provider (Your “Payment Method”) for the Service. You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. Yasin Choudry reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.

The terms of Your payment will be based on Your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between You and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of Your chosen Payment Method (the “Payment Method Provider”). If Yasin Choudry does not receive payment from Your Payment Method Provider, You agree to pay all amounts due on Your Billing Account upon demand.

Yasin Choudry offers clients the ability to keep credit card information on file with Yasin Choudry. This service is provided to Users for no other reason than Your convenience. Yasin Choudry will not under any circumstances bill your credit card for charges that you do not authorize, however, by keeping your credit card on file with Yasin Choudry, you grant Yasin Choudry the right to bill your credit card directly for Services that you ask Yasin Choudry to perform. Yasin Choudry keeps your information secure and will not under any circumstances allow for the unlawful or unauthorized use of your credit card information. Yasin Choudry is not responsible, however, for malicious attacks or theft that result in credit card information being transferred to another party without the consent of Yasin Choudry.

Scheduling a Consultation/Refunds

When You schedule a consultation, a Yasin Choudry representative will contact you either via telephone or email in order to confirm Your consultation. Yasin Choudry is not liable in any way if Yasin Choudry cannot get in touch with You in the event that You provided inaccurate contact information during the registration process or if you are unavailable or for any other reason.

Yasin Choudry reserves the right to charge additional fees due to cancellations and/or rescheduling. Cancellations or Rescheduling will be honored for a full refund up to 5:00 PST the day prior to the scheduled consultation. Any cancellations or rescheduling due to any reason may result in a cancellation/rescheduling fee, at the discretion of Yasin Choudry.

   17. Assignment

Neither this Agreement, nor any of Your rights or obligations pursuant to this Agreement or regarding use of the Site or Service, is assignable or transferable by You without the prior written consent of Yasin Choudry which shall be in its sole discretion. Any attempted assignment without Yasin Choudry’s consent is void and of no force or effect. This Agreement is binding upon each party of this Agreement and their successors and permitted assigns.

 

   18. Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and Conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
